MOTORBIKE TYPES:
What Motorbike models do you have?
We have 2 Triumph Bonnevilles, T120, motorbikes. We also have a Bobber Black and a Speed Twin 900.
What condition are the rental motorbikes in?
We only rent out motorbikes in perfect working condition. All motorbikes are carefully maintained and undergo ITV (Spanish MOT) inspection.
Which helmets do you have?
We have open face helmets.
DRIVING LICENSE:
What type of driving License do I need?
You will need a Class A Motorbike licence, that has been held for a minimum of 2 years.
DRIVER:
Is there a minimum age for participation as a driver on the guided tours?
The minimum age of driver is 28 years old.
Is there a minimum age for participation as a passenger on the guided tours?
Minimum age of the passenger 12 years.
What is the minimum age for renting a motorcycle?
The minimum age is 28 years old with Class A motorbike licence, held for minimum of 2 years.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
How do I know if the motorbike is available at the desired time?
Immediately after you submit your online request, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your enquiry. Within 24 hours your request will be processed and answered.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
By paying a deposit your booking will be binding.
How much is the deposit?
For tours, the deposit is 50% of tour fee
For Rentals the deposit is 50% of the rental fee.
Is the deposit Refundable?
Yes, under certain circumstances.
How is Deposit made?
Deposit is taken via Bank Transfer.
When is the final payment due?
The balance is due no later than upon collection of the motorbike.
What types of payment do you accept??
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards, plus Bank transfers for deposit.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:
Do I have to leave a holding deposit for guided tours?
Yes, holding deposit is 600€ .
What is the holding deposit for rentals?
The holding deposit for all rentals is 600€.
When the deposit is retained?
The deposit will be retained partly or completely in the case of: lost keys or accessories, self-inflicted falls and / or accidents, not complying with traffic rules, wilful damage, motorbike not fully fueled on return from rental. Damages caused by gross negligence or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will be fully invoiced!

PETROL:
Do the prices for the guided tours include fuel?
No, the price for fuel is not included. .
Are there any other costs on guided tours?
No, the price of the guided tours includes the following: Pick up at hotel from certain areas, bike rental, helmet, gloves, jacket and insurance.
PICK UP:
How much is the transfer to/from the hotel?
The pick-up at certain resorts is free. Granadilla, San Miguel, Arona and Adeje. However there is a supplement outside of these areas. Northern resorts, there is no pick up available.
Will I be returned to my hotel after the tour?
Yes, of course.
RENTAL:
Is fuel included in the rent?
No, the motorbike is provided with a full tank from us and must be returned with a full tank. There is a refueling charge of 30€. Per Bike
Are all kilometres free in the rental price?
Yes, the KMs are unlimited on rentals.
Can I take a rented motorbike to another island?
YES. After consultation. You can obtain written permission from us.
You can also take a guided tour to La Gomera.
OTHERS:
Which languages do you speak?
We speak English, Spanish and German.
What are your opening times?
We are available Monday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm, by phone. We are "on the road" so we do not have fixed opening times for our base.
Where are you based?
Our base is located in Buzanada, Arona, about 10 minutes from Costa Adeje.
